Central Ties is the peer mentoring club on campus. The club is composed of 25 mentors. The club focuses on promoting school spirit and involvement through athletics and other clubs, with a focus on the freshman class. It is meant to be a source of continuous support for freshmen from upperclassmen for their whole first year. Central Ties is in charge of Freshman Orientation before the school year begins which provides the newest warriors with guidance and an inside perspective on student life. After orientation, Ties mentors attend freshman warrior periods once a week in order to keep up with the students and answer any questions they might have. Central Ties is also in charge of the Pigskin Dance and tailgaters.
